An MFO avails situation in Durban has occurred due to a problem with allocation of stock and no Durban quotes or indications have been given since Wednesday this week. It had been hoped that this situation was a temporary one, however we have this morning been advised that this situation has not yet been sorted out and today the barges are only able to supply to vessels already alongside and once the stocks on board have been depleted, reloading of the barges today...
