For vessels berthing change of fuel on Auxillery engines will have to be done so early, that they at berth actually are burning 0,1% sulphur fuel - IF the vessel is to stay at berth for more than 2 hours.
If the main engine is stopped once berthed, then a change to 0,1% fuel is not necessary - but if...
