Please be advised the National Vessel Movement Center is notifying all concerned parties that they will conduct scheduled system maintenance on the Ship Arrival Notification System (SANS), (the System that receives the Electronic Notice of Arrival / Departure / Update submissions). The maintenance is scheduled for February 23, 2010 from 0300 and is expected to complete by 0700 (Eastern Standard Time).
