Marine circular : Regarding the use of fuel and LSMGO with sulphur content slightly above of 1.0 % to be used also in aux and boilers when berthed in Sarroch. Agents have requested updating to Local Harbor Master which advise that the new EU regulation is known and NOTED but not jet to be applied shortly .Therefore presently at least for next 6 month local agents do not expect any change.
