EU SULPHUR DIRECTIVE IN MARSEILLE , LAVERA , FOS , BERRE , CARONTE HARBOURS :
Have checked near Harbour Master of Marseille / Fos / Lavera / Berre / Caronte harbours who do not offer yet a clear response on EEC Directive 2005/33/EC (article 4b EU Sulphur directive) implementation in our ports.
It only results from our conversations that:
Directive is to be considered as in force as from 01st January 2010.
No special procedure or guideline has been raised yet
