Marine Circular : Port of Gothenburg. The Port Authority intends to close Torshamnen (Torsharbour) crude oil pier / terminal on 16 - 17 November for all vessels traffic due to maintenance works. An old cargo arm used for bunkering is scheduled to be taken apart and to be removed. These works are weather permitted and can only be carried out if the wind level keeps below 11 m/s. Otherwise, the operation will be re-scheduled.
