Marine circular : GSMA has been informed by the Bar Pilots that due to slush in the extreme lower end of SWP, inbound vessels with a draft of 35 feet or greater may only transit during a high tide. The slush or liquid mud is causing inbound vessels problems, as was the case when difficulties on the M/V AMBITOUS SKY forced SWP to be closed this weekend (Saturday, November 14, 2009).
