During 2009 Oiltanking Malta, has experienced substantial increased costs related to cargo flows via our jetties. Such increases are related to pollution control systems (and spill control funds), ISPS, insurance and electricity. All bear a direct relationship to cargos discharged and loaded. The increased cost levels force us to increase our rates, which will apply from the 1st January 2010 as follows:
