Marine circular Strike in Total Donges Refinery February 18th 2010

Be informed that since 17/02 0500lt no ship's movement/berthing is possible towards/at Total refinery's berths due to internal strike (protesting against Dunkirk refinery closure). As per last info in hands, this strike movement would stop 19/02 0500 lt.
