Marine circular : Unical Bunker Services wishes to inform the industry that we will be increasing our bunker delivery fee for the port of Durban from the 1st of January 2010. The annual increase in the bunker delivery tariff is as a result of the contractual agreement between SAPREF and UNICAL and is based on the consumer price index of 5.9 % P.A for the 12 month period ending October 2009.
