TERMS OF USE OF THE WEB SITE (AGREEMENT OF USE)

The already existing services as well as any new services added in the present web site are subject to the present terms and conditions of use, as they might be modified in future, unless expressly reported otherwise.

REGISTRATION OF MEMBER

"THE BRIDGE-LOG" provides visitors/users access to members services, provided that they have already accepted the present terms of use and they have given their assent for the gathering and possible processing and managing of their personal data during the process of registering. When the visitor/user completes the process of registration, s/he will receive confirmation of the user name and the password. Each member should notify "THE BRIDGE-LOG" immediately in case of unauthorised use of his/her account, otherwise "THE BRIDGE-LOG" will not be responsible for any damage provoked to the member from the above unauthorised use.

ADVERTISING

  1. "THE BRIDGE-LOG" may provide a special space of the web page, on which advertisements will be suspended.
  2. Each user/member has the right to ask from "THE BRIDGE-LOG" this provided service of being advertised by paying a fee, which will be agreed between "THE BRIDGE-LOG" and the user/member.

  2. The user/member understands and accepts that "THE BRIDGE-LOG" reserves the exclusive right to interrupt the usage of his/her passwords and generally the provision of the services to him/her in case the user/member does not comply with the present terms and conditions.

DAMAGE-COMPENSATION

  1. The visitor/user of the present web site should respect the Greek Legislation, as well as the regulations of the International Law, during his/her visit and use of the site. Consequently, the visitor/user should refrain from illegal and abusive act and from improper behaviour during his/her navigation in the present web site, otherwise s/he shall be exclusively responsible for compensating "THE BRIDGE-LOG" or / and any third party, excluding any kind of responsibility of "THE BRIDGE-LOG".
  2. "THE BRIDGE-LOG" provides visitors/users of its services with the opportunity to vote for seasonable issues. These polls have the form of questions. The answers of the participants to the poll are registered, analysed and commented by "THE BRIDGE-LOG" in order to abstract conclusions. The findings from this analysis consist intellectual property of "THE BRIDGE-LOG". "THE BRIDGE-LOG" reserves the right to interrupt the poll at any time and without prior notice.

  1. Any provision of the above terms that might be proved, as contradictory to the Law, shall not be valid, and this abolition shall not influence the rest of the terms. None modification of the present shall be regarded as valid if it has not been included in the present.
  3. The Courts of Piraeus shall be exclusively responsible for the resolution of any dispute arising from the present and concerns the validation or the interpretation of it.
